Step 1: Slice the turkey breast into bite-sized pieces.

Step 11: Stir the crème fraîche and sliced peaches into the sauce.
Step 12: Return the turkey to the pan and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes until the turkey is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
